Meet Joce!
Joce began Nerdy Baker because she fell in love with the relatability of food. Everyone understands food; it is ubiquitous. Food’s story is the first time humans began to use science and the scientific method to grow their communities and develop technology. Baking is simply a building block of our first science and a story that needs to be shared.
Joce decided she wanted to help other humans by explaining how’s and why’s of baking to make the understanding of science a bit less complex and more creative.
